We have about 40 m² collector area, this solar thermal system with heat pump support produces sustainable hot water. In addition, we produce 70% of our electricity needs through the in-house photovoltaic system.

We also rely on future-oriented technologies such as LED lighting. Our entire outdoor lighting, our breakfast room and also a large part of our corridors are operated with modern LED lights.
